Where We Serve
Two expressions of one mission: surgical care for patients today, and training that strengthens care for tomorrow.
01 / Guatemala
Care in Antigua

Surgical care, one patient at a time.
Each year, a hand-selected team from Wisconsin provides general and vascular surgeries at Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro.
The team travels to Antigua for one week of surgical service, bringing together surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical and anesthesia technicians, and perioperative nurses.
The work is grounded in professional skill, thoughtful preparation, and respect for the patients and hospital community we serve.

Training in Gabon and Kenya
Local skill. Lasting capacity.
Through our partnership with PAACS, we support surgical residents training at Bongolo, Tenwek, and Litein hospitals, and help strengthen local care for years to come.
PAACS—the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons—leads formal surgical residency programs in African mission hospitals. Crescendo comes alongside this established work through practical surgical education, including laparoscopic and endoscopic skills.
